WoW Forever Hardcore Gold
There is no Hardcore gold to buy: the mode is not in the game and no seller lists it. This page covers what Blizzard has confirmed, because it decides whether Hardcore gold is worth buying at all.

A death is not the end of the character
Blizzard has said that when Hardcore arrives, a character that dies can carry on in another ruleset, Normal or PvP. In Classic Hardcore the only road out led to a normal realm; Forever adds PvP.
The character keeps what it carries, so gold on a Hardcore character is not lost with one bad pull. It moves with the character.
What that means for the price
The main argument for pricing Hardcore gold high — pay once, die, lose it — is much weaker if the gold survives the death. When offers appear, compare them with Normal before paying extra.
What has not been announced
A date more exact than winter, whether moving a character out of Hardcore costs anything, and whether it can ever return. We will add these when Blizzard announces them.

Play on Normal or PvP
Hardcore opens after the November launch, so gold you earn or buy before then lives on a character in another ruleset.

When does Hardcore come to Forever?
After launch, some time this winter. Blizzard has not named a date. The game opens with Normal, PvP and Roleplay.
If my Hardcore character dies, do I lose the gold?
No. According to Blizzard, the character can continue on Normal or PvP and takes its belongings with it, gold included.
Can I buy Hardcore gold from anyone right now?
Not for the live game. Anything listed before the mode exists is either beta gold or a promise, and neither reaches a Hardcore character.
